  • ½ Cup Kale Curly Kale, Lacinato Kale (Dinosaur Kale, Tuscan Kale, Cavolo Nero)
  • 1 Large Ripe Banana Can use frozen for chilled smoothie
  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Any plant-based milk will taste great


  • Wash the kale and roughly chop it along with the celery and banana before putting into the blender
